Little Things to Remember

To great your teachers in a pleasant and audible tone whenever you meet them in school or outside.

To get up from your seat whenever any member of the staff passes or comes to your class room, as a sign of respect.

To be polite in speech and to avoid vulgarity in your conversation and behavior.

Take care never to interrupt any one who is talking.

To maintain silence during change of periods.

To walk in single-line and in silence when you move along the veranda from one class to another.

To be docile in your obedience to your parents and teachers giving them always the respect and affection that is their due and accepting guidance and corrections with gratitude.

To be always friendly with one another in and out of school.

To be truthful, humble & courteous.

To converse only in English in school.

To switch off light & fans when not in use.

To keep classrooms & school campus litter free.

MANNERS AND ETIQUETTE

1. Every student should behave well in and outside the school. They should remember that the school is judge by their conduct.
2. No pupil may leave the school premises during school hours without the written permission of the school authorities. Students who violate this rule will invite punishment.
3. Disciplinary action will be taken against students who are present in the school but absent from any period or class without proper permission.
4. Disobedience or conduct harmful to the moral tone of the school, irrerular attendance, neglect of home work, bad moral influence, bunking classes, habitual idleness, intentional discourses and disrespect to Principal, teachers, non-teaching staff, office-bearers or any authority will incur severe punishment or justified dismissal.
5. Students should converse in English only, speak good words, express good thought and learn to be friendly with all in the school premises.
6. The Principal will take a confidential report from teachers regarding the conduct and behavior of students and on the basis of the reports may ask the parents to withdraw their child from the school. The decision of the Principal will be final.
7. Immorality, contempt of authority (both by parents and students), wilful damage to the school property, i.e. to write or scribble on desks or on the walls etc. Damage done must be paid for. Quarreling, using foul language or smoking are sufficient reasons for dismissal.
8. If a student is suspended for any reason, the school will not be held responsible for the loss of studies during the period of suspension.
9. The decision (disciplinary action) of the management shall be final and conclusive and no appeal shall be entertained anywhere except with the Managing Committee of the school.
10. Moving in a single line & in discipline along the corridors or stairways is a must.
11. No child is permitted to leave the class during class hours except for an urgent reason and that to with the written permission of the teacher.
